Correction
Last Thursday, May 7th, I sent an email to a few of the Welwind shareholders of which I have established a relationship. The problem is; somebody hacked my network and changed some of the text in regard to Welwind and Guardian. There were also spelling errors. My email settings require to always use “spell-check” prior to sending, which indicates it wasn’t I who typed that text. Also, the “to” line was changed to, “Robert Bragg’s Contacts”. This email account was closed when I moved to Tennessee. I don’t know how or who intercepted my emails but we’ve added another firewall and changed our wireless network codes. All of our emails prior to today, which we have sent or received over the last year, have been deleted to ensure there weren’t any viruses hidden in them. A complete virus scan has been done and our network is now clean. So, if over the last couple of business days you’ve sent an email to me and I haven’t replied; you’ll need to send it again.
Guardian’s business is Investor Relations and financial consulting and doesn’t have or intend to do anything in regard to the entertainment industry. Guardian has no intention of filing a Private Placement Memorandum to pursue the entertainment industry.
The email also mentioned as to when the 10K might be filed. This wasn’t an official statement or update. I was just giving my opinion as to when I thought it may be filed; based on what I had been hearing. I’ve received a numerous calls and emails questioning me when it would be filed. I felt it prudent to give my opinion instead of no answer at all.
