Sorry, I’m human and elated right now
My daughter gave birth to her first child this morning. I know I shouldn’t bring personal into business but as most parents or grandparents understand; this was a very special occasion; especially when we thought a pregnancy wasn’t possible. One of life’s greatest and taken for grant miracles… I apologize for not getting back to your phone massage and emails but this should settled within four calendar days.
I’ve been busy the week with my daughter which may have been good timing. The rumor is the 10K filing should be done between tomorrow and next Tuesday. Of course we all now and have been through timeframes that haven’t been met. My understanding is the Company needs to file by the 20th before being relegated to the “Pink Sheets”. I think the company has spent too much time and money to lose its listing with the Bulletin Board.
I have been out of touch with a number of shareholders, due to my move. Please, Please feel free to call again and I will be more than happy to answer any questions. Also, I’m lining up a project for Welwind shareholders. I’m waiting for an opinion from my attorney. I’m not trying to take away from Welwind and would never leave the shareholders hanging but I’m down to the final structure of something which could very prosperous. First of all this is not an offer to buy or sell securities; just an open discussion for feedback.
I have told inverstors in Welwind it is very much a gamble at this point. What I have done is form an alliance of musical and screen performars bto expand on their projects. Gurardian has 4mm issued and outstanding. My attorney is checking into the legalities of how many and how much a private placement is legally posxxibl.
