Melvin pauses to issue PR....why?

I'm hunching it is being delayed until Roger Glenn meets with the other participants at Roger's request. Legal protocol sort of thing does anyone have any other ideas please?

I'm not P.O ed because we are not PR'ed but it does make one wonder. There must be a reasonable explanation but of course I'm not that fly on the wall in Saskatchewan. Ah! unless it has all been pushed back tme wise until Urban had recuperated.

There we go knew it was understandable just kickstarting the brain this time of night is an effort LOL Night All :)
