Lost, Bruce, and others...Thanks for all your help with this matter. After about 6 hours off and on today on the phone with tech support they finally figured out that they deleted my username and password on accident from the database. So after reinserting me into the database. Everything works great. Wow...what a nightmare...I am glad it is over and now I can get back to trading...
