Hi Cindy

When the orriginal book was written the settings were

10% buy and hold SAFE and 5% MIN order size with 50% cash to start.

Later he revised that to 33% cash to start.

Between 1995 and 2000 while the market was going nuts he revised the formular to

reducing BUY and SELL SAFE to 5% but increased the MIN order size to 10%. He also reduced the starting cash to 20%

Of the three methods the middle one makes the most sence to me unless you are using the V-wave as you starting cash level with 10% SAFE (buy and sell) and 5% min order size.

10% min order size slows down the trades too much to my way of thinking. It doesn't allow for enough trades in the same direction. (except with LD-AIM but that is a completely different animal)

Whatever settings you pick..... stick with them. Your starting cash level won't make a difference once you get to a higher cash level from selling.

Take the road less traveled. It will make all the difference.
