He wasn't lying....it was 483 billion...no where near 400 billion!

"You might be wondering why I'm allowing for the possiblity of shares being retired. That is because Melvin said that the O/S was nowhere near 400 bil. As the company spokesperson, I would hope he wasn't lying."
