I can't imagine any one would think they would jump to retract innaccurate data, unless it benefited them to do so.
Let's follow the logic:
High O/S = bad OTCBB says high O/S = innacurate data innacurate data = bad news bad news = price decline price decline = no good for insiders or shareholders no good for insiders/shareholders= need for solution to problem solution to problem = retracting innacurate data
Unless of course you're argueing that a high pps is bad? in that case, you're correct
