I want you to do me favor, when you have some spare time go to the NASD website and look up the most recent charges the SEC/NASD has brought against pink sheet/otcbb companies whose CEO's have issued false or misleading PRs. It happens every day. Not saying Urban has done it, but PRs dont mean jack in a legal sense; SEC filings on the other hand do because the CEO is forced to sign his name on the bottom certifying under PURGERY that what he has presented is correct.

Your speculation about what people may or may not believe is just foolish.

its not speculation when people write - "I don't believe the otcbb site". That is fact, a direct proxy of their mindset. Now when I say that people are irrational when they don't accept facts; how is that foolish and how is that speculation?
