that's a stretch kermit..there would have to be a lot of deserters for this to get under .0004 again (considering we have almost flipped the float in under a month). As for dilution, It not as simple as an ungagged TA. TA ONLY tells us the O/S not the float. EXAMPLE: If the O/S is 1.2 billion, but the float is 800 million, there's room for 400M shares to be sold.
