When Etrade is concerned about the legitimacy of a company, they protect themselves by making you call in to place your order, as an example GLCC, which I also have. But I do not have to call to sell it, just to buy. With ANVH, I can place an order to buy or sell online, too this very moment, and I have a pending order above the ask. And with all of the controversy with this dividend, Etrade still allows internet trades with ANVH. My personal conclusion, everything is Kosher! I also think that what is happening here will ultimately start a chain of enforcement that will cause the support staff for the naked shorters to be seeking other employment.
