Hey, King Diamond,
Thanks for the info on the mining co's.
It was a tough day at the track for us.
It was hot, slippery & my car had a distributor come apart right after we set our index for the race.
We got it back together for the first round, but, it wasn't right.Set index at 10.65 & go out & run a 10.91.
Not what I was hoping for.
Funny thing was, we ran a 10.67 with the distributor all apart.
Weights, springs everything just laying there & no advance working.I couldn't believe it was running, when I saw all the parts.Put it back together & lose 3/10ths.Needless to say our day ended early,& we were on the trailer.
I'm completely exhausted.Getting too old for this stuff.
Least it's only one race a month here, or I wouldn't do it.
Too many memories of the stock car days.
It's funny, I bitch & gripe now, but in a week or so, I'll be feelin the bug again.Guess I can forget about a Wally trophy this year.
