You can and have been able to buy or sell with Etrade, and as well as Zecco, though lately I have been using my Etrade account. I just placed an order for .0095 without a problem. I keep asking myself why I don't just totally deplete my available funds and buy all I can. With only 263 Million shares out, and the float is shurely a lot less than half of that, which means that there can not be too many shares available. It's amazing to me that the price is this low, with the risk being so negligible, and the vast majority of traders feel that way too, at least on other boards. I am also very disappointed in with those that are obsessed with their negative ambitions. I was hoping to buy millions, istead I keep having to buy hundred of thousands (almost a million now). And come on, I can't even get my .0095 filled. I need more doom and gloom.
