To clarify, each class of stock would have a separate authorized total (preferred, common).

Also, just for the record, if any preferred were able to be converted into common, and that were to occur, any common shares produced would have to keep the total common A/S's within the current total amount registered.

Here, we are obviously dealing with the common.

The reason the T/A won't state the float or the restricted (which are common), can quickly and logically be deduced. Very likely there are little to no remaining restricted and the float is close to, if not the same as, the O/S. If it wasn't they would let you know, lol.

One could also, based on those deductions, reason the logical presence of VERT appearing on the inside ask so often of late.

I don't work for any MM or anyone else (FYI).

Don't be mislead by any twisting of words. Of course restricted shares don't trade (they are restricted from trading, lol).

I hope this runs for everyone's sake that is in it.
