His points are very valid and true. I would not bother to call anyone associated with the company (Watson, IR people). Use the information available in writing to make your decisions. What does talking to those people do? They will only tell you what they want you to hear, nothing more.

If you started an online ID theft business, would you not market it, or would you ignore it and just hope someone can guess your name and type it exactly right into a search tool in order to find it. Come on! That is so ludicrous, it's not even funny.

But let's go even further, let's not only NOT market our company, but let's start acquiring others that we obviously set up just for that purpose. WOW! lol.

I guess you all will find out how many shares VERT (the company) still has for sale. Remember, just because shares are in the O/S doesn't mean they have already been sold.

It want's to go up now, but I think there is quite a hurdle to get through.

My point is .... Trade it only. JMHO
