As far as we know it is not fact, there was some chart done up by someone who ilustrated the # of shares (distribution)but it was purely speculation based on a # some one found on the Pink Sheets web site (accurate?)There has been no PR concerning exact #s from either CMKX or UCAD and until there is.....who knows.
