Members. Please allow me a potentially dumb question, but I have to ask! I have not seen this question that I am about to pose on any board.

Say for instance, JPM settles with WAMU (as expected) and agrees to approximately a 1 to 7 share ratio agreement or something similar? Might there be a stipulation argued by JPM that only pre-takeover shareholders will get this deal? I am fearing that an argument may ensue that any post-takeover shares may NOT be treated in kind!

I am a share holder both pre and post and am curious as to your thoughts. JPM’s argument may be that the shares that were purchased recently are “bandwagon” purchases - so to speak!

Please enlighten me and thanks in advance!
