In regard to the 2 things that tick you off 1) Melvin hmmm could you be more specific in your character assasination so someone could address it? I have not got any recollection where Melvin has been wrong perhaps not as articulate as I'd like but thus far , quite honestly ; he has done a very good job. You put in his shoes I'm more than confident would have a great deal more difficulty doing half the work. Putting up with the public is not easy it takes a special patience and humility which quite frankly is very rare these days. Melvin is passionate and loyal to a fault that I think is misunderstood for "unprofessional" on your part. If Bill Clinton or Colin Powell wanted Melvin's job then PERHAPS I'd consider it...but IR people are never privy to all you want to know in some cases they only know the same day you do.

All very well for you to express your daily opinion in your own time but Melvin has lost a son to cancer he may be losing his wife here also! ....GOD forbid. Yet he remains focused upbeat and extremely helpful when he is professionally able to assist. What more can you ask? You need to cut the man some slack Zen he checked out with the SEC about any wrong doing if he was on PalTalk and his reply was as long as it's not during trading hours it's A-ok. Alright I'll cut you some slack if CMKX does go fully reporting then possibly we should revisit the PalTalk issue.

Let's not get to far ahead of the task of the day though. Melvin complied professionally what is wrong with wanting to help investors, Melvin's zeal and dedication would put many an IR person to shame. When your not busy please explain to me why Melvin is unfit to speak to the shareholders in this manner with examples. Opinion yes of course your civic right but it borders on character assasination your implying we need a different IR person in charge. I have a problem with that without proof or at least specific reasons why Melvin isn't qualified undermines your credibility. Obviously he cannot tell all and he may appear terse or arrogant but he is there to inform all he can professionally accomplish PalTalk is a great tool to that end and that is his JOB!!! I cannot tune into PalTalk unfortunately I'm a devout MacAddict and PalTalk will likely never support Mac my loss but let me be clear Melvin is doing a good job. Under the circumstances he's indispensable.

2.) The party well we agree partly zeninvestor32 it MAY be premature but quite honestly this conflicts with your now famous Louis and Billy Ray outbursts. Why are you pulling in your horns here? Are you now saying you are recanting your "opinion" sure sounds like it? You said until September 1st you were perfectly happy with what ever the PPS did you were happy with your investment regardless "Ask me then" you chortled. That does not appear to be the case tonight though does it. I think your bored zeninvestor or intimidated and your impatience for CMKX to show something of substance is readily transparent tonight. The Halloween party I think is perfectly harmless and it underscores an indication of investor confidence. I am not expecting to attend the party from the moon. I have not booked a flight but I have registered and my friend I think so should you. Even if you were not in a position to show up you could always change your mind no harm done! Hell I'd like to have a beer with you if your in agreement? :)

As for Sterling well I have a slight advantage I think Zen. I was witness to Sterling long before CMKX he was the catalyst that gelled the group long before ADZR had it's run. Sterling has an incredible discerning eye for a value / merit judgement of a good investment. Yes he is a perpetual optimist he may sound unjustifiably positive to the point of an irresponsible PUMP but caution here he is not as unrealistic as you make out. Today the drill is turning and who is to say with this new technology that we are not looking at a major step forward in development of a new mine site? How would that effect our position against the MM's incredibly favourably IMHO they would not be able to hold this back. Urban was quoted as saying UCAD is going to $18-$20 so for Sterling to say $15 was indeed prudent but realistic and FAR from over the top. Don't forget Sterling is addressing hundreds of potential detractors so you may have to dig for the meaning sure but let me inform you from first hand experience that is his style and not just a ragtag CMKX strategy he employs... THAT'S STERLING ;)

I may not sound it zeninvestor32 but I'm quite a fan of your posts . Logical well thought out for the most part you bring a captivating legal facet to the mystery that is CMKX ; but tonight sir your off base. If I didn't know better your time challenged here and concerned that the bashers will hold sway no matter what the truth is not sure? Relax this is to big to be a scam and to advanced for Urban to back out easily and you know yourself Roger would not be here if he thought he was going to lose. This is one man's dream unfolding here and Urban is not about to give up no matter what his detractors might say or do to thwart that dream. CMKX is Urban's obsession on which he is profoundly resolute about it's success.

Zen I want you to go about your life as you wish don't feel the necessity to answer this do your one post a night routine as usual I deeply admire your dedication to friends and family and I will look forward to tomorrow's installment with enthusiasm but tonight we agree to disagree. Frankly I think far to many people are putting waaaay to much time into what MAY finally pan out in regards to the short squeeze Casavant Maneuver call it what you may. The issue is mining and I am enormously relieved to learn the the drill(s?) is turning as we speak. IMHO that is where the money is and I for one am sure Melvin would agree with that. Do you recall Melvin saying one day...."All I can say is... It's bigger than anyone of us can possibly imagine. This will take time! ...all I ask is that you have PATIENCE and FAITH in us" .In a very big Zen way those words told me volumes they rang through the hilltops proclaiming this is NOT a fly by night this is the real mccoy. CMKX is advancing in mining terms at break neck speed many do not take this into account but yes we need to be patient. IMHO to the patient will go the spoils.

Answer this at your leisure it seems your agitated for something to happen and ranting to stay awake but I do not want to upstage your contributions to the room. Also it is the weekend after all and no hard feelings have a GOOD one but for the love of that pressurized carbon we are ALL here for... keep the faith please counsel? While I can't possibly know all that Roger is there for in Sakatchewan perhaps you would like to discuss that at some point. You'd be pleased to know I got through 20% of Roger's Sarbane's Oxley discertation last night and yes it is very apparent in general what Roger is here for thank you very much for that tip. All I know is Roger's visit to Sakatchewan is unexpected good news possibly Mt Saint Helen's tremoring I'm just not near enough to ground zero to comment. Have a great weekend Zen wine and cheese those legal chums I'd be interested to know what your deducing but be well advised we are now drilling, advancing the high standards we here for ; and in great shape! :)

As ever zeninvestor32 ALL you realize? JMVHO

Cheers...Rich

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
Including mine...good luck!
