Reply to first email i posted and my reply to it below it. Note how now they were not paid to promote and this was the first request. Both of these things are completely false and can be verified by reading the PAPA board and examining the historical disclaimers on Ihub for the promoters.

CAVEAT EMPTOR on any pumps by these folks.

Dear Mr. Blain,

Thank you for your inquiry.

This is the first "request" received by you or anyone else for that matter.

As stated in our disclosure, SAP provided our client with "Management" services which includes data analysis and other other statistical market data.

Unfortunately, many of our clients have come under attack and harassed by individuals (competitors) in the past in which we have had to change our disclosure policies. We are strong believers of full and fair disclosure. Although our contract with this client was not for "promotion," please feel free to send us a written request for such information to:

17-B is quite clear, could you please now tell me who paid for the promotion and their relation to the company as per securities regulation 17-B. The onus is not on me to jump through hoops. It is on YOU to disclose as per the law which you have blatantly disregarded. You were paid to pump this stock and did shamelessly as massive amounts of shares were dumped with no exemptions to be found.
