Hi,
You have repeatedly been asked to properly disclose the persons/company who paid you to promote PAPA. You have refused such requests despite strong allegations that unregistered shares are being dumped into the market along the presence of a notorious stock scammer. Once again, Please comply with regulation 17-B and tell me who paid for the PAPA promotion and what is their relation to the company. Considering you rarely disclose your promotions the least you could do is disclose this time?
