yes. I see stagnant companys and even shells waiting to get bought for a reverse mergers. volume on these pink sheet, .0001, shell of nothingness is 10, 20 even 50 mil a day. Why? they dont have that Caveat Emptor stamped at the to of their pink sheet page.
