What if the only information that this DR Glenn gave them, was just the "Record Date," which is 08/20/2004, and the "Payment Date," which is 09/24/2004, and the number of UCAD Stocks to be paid in the Dividend.
LOL...Why in the world would NASDAQ go through the trouble of requesting only some of the information...if you are paying a dividend you should be able to provide the ex-date, the record date, the payable date as well as the dividend ratio and restrictions on the stock being payed. NASDAQ asked for that information and that's what they got...
