Those words came from his keyboard in 2 e-mail responses when he was questioned what he was doing about the naked shorting, he said there was nothing illegal about that activity and that the CD holders were allowed to do it. That would be by his blessing. He did not inform any of us that he saw this as an allowable action and that he condoned it. That is a severe violation and conflict of interest in his fiduciary duty to his share holders.
