Kim,
I see where you're coming from about not knowing the true OS because it hasn't been officially released in a PR, and about how bashers can use the figure on OTCBB as ammo. But, in this case, I can see a logical basher point (only to an extent, because I still believe in this company). Here are my thoughts on why I believe it to be 483 billion...they are only my thoughts and IMHO.

1. OTCBB is the official website of the OTCBB, and SEVERAL people have confirmed by contacting them via email and phone that DR Glenn sent the info into them (pinksheets is another story...it seems they may have copied the info from OTCBB from what I've heard, but not sure about that). When people found this out, they told Melvin who told UC and it was reported on paltalk that Melvin and UC were pissed off like no other men on the planet upon hearing this. I felt momentarily relieved when I heard that they were pissed because I hoped that the DR Glenn who sent in the info had been an imposter. However....

2. It has been several days and that information is STILL on the official OTCBB website, and it's on pinksheets too. Tell me this, what CEO and high caliber lawyer would let terribly damaging FALSE numbers about their company stay up for the public to see and trade upon? Shareholders reading this info may decide to sell. Do you think Urban or the Lawyer want their shareholders to sell by false info???? Providing false tradable info to the shareholders is CRIMINAL. Wouldn't Glenn have had that removed ASAP???

3. Melvin has not denied those numbers. He doesn't talk about it on paltalk. He says "No Comment". He once said something like, "Those numbers could be true, they could be false, I'm not going to talk about it." Let me ask you this, if those numbers were FALSE, why wouldn't the company's PR guy deny those numbers outright? Why would he risk hurting the shareholders who might trade on false info???? Why has nothing come from the company denying it? If the info is false, it's very simple to deny it. Melvin, UC and everyone knows, via paltalk, that all the shareholders are concerned about this. If this were false info, it could be the most damaging info yet about the company to provide to the shareholders. Nobody..especially the high caliber lawyer would let such a crime go by without saying ANYTHING!

4. Everyone always said that if we don't get the OS officially from the company, we'll know it when the shares are distributed to our accounts. Well? Now we get some info about the shares being distributed and everyone denies those numbers. It makes no sense.

5. Some say that those numbers could be a "worst case scenario" or figured by OTCBB or Glenn using the AS and not the OS. Some have said that Glenn released this info to throw a curveball to the MMs. I'd really like to agree here, but it makes no sense. Like I said before, this is information that people can trade on. There is no way a lawyer would allow this info to be fuzzy like that. If these numbers were "worst case" or taken from the AS, it would have been clearly stated as such. Why? Because it could be legally damaging for a company to put out info such as this that might induce some shareholders to sell and then turn around later and say that the info was wrong or that it was all a curvball. If 483 billion OS is not true, then releasing information that implies nothing but that number could be devistating for the company. There is no way Glenn or UC would stand for it and hurt the shareholders by releasing info in a fuzzy way. If you look at the info, it's quite clear.

6. Why would Glenn release this info to OTCBB? Maybe Glenn is planning on us becoming a reporting company on the OTCBB. Maybe on a higher exchange, but since he has to report to Nasdaq and they have no other place to put the numbers, they put it here. I'm not sure, and I would like to hear other's opinions on this. IMO, it appears that the reason why he posted these numbers is because he needed to do so in order to help us to become REPORTING. Also, figure it this way. If the OS is 483 billion and we are all going to figure that out when the dividends hit our accounts, what does it matter if Glenn releases that info now or later?

7. I decided to write this post because I would like to hear discussion on what the OTHER possibilities are for a bright future for this company? I believe the OS is 483 billion. I believe the company has made that crystal clear. I would like to hear discussion on share structure or other ways this company can be successful, rather than dreaming about a low OS. If a low OS is the only way this company can make us money, then I think we are screwed. I don't believe this, and I'd like to hear other alternatives besides a low OS. Why don't I believe this? Because why would Roger Glenn take on a company with a huge OS and nothing else going for it? R/S seems the only rememdey in such a situation and you don't need Roger Glenn to do an R/S. Something might be going on here, but I don't think it has anything to do with an OS lower than 483 billion. It might have to do with an amazing share structure. But, what kind of structure are we looking for?

All IMHO.
