Newman the waters are pretty cloudy right now, if I was a new investor, it's not one I'd be jumping into untill the waters clear. There are plenty of other good stocks to run with, just read the boards and do your own DD. You don't have to play penny stocks because they are the cheapest and you can buy alot of shares. Play the percentages, meaning if you buy $1000.00 of stock and it goes up 20% you just made $200.00 and that can happen alot faster than if you wait to get rich quick with a penny stock. I'm not knocking ANVH either, It could get things straightened out and the PPS could shoot up. Watch for when and if it happens. Hopefully you'll have the powder to pull the trigger.
