You can trade ANVH on ZECCO and Etrade. Do to the length of time it has taken to resolve this, I think that it would be reasonable to say that it has nothing to do with the availability of dividend funds, as the absence of money doesn't take but a minute to determine. But the share count is another matter, if the share count is substantially higher, then that could take a while, and we may just learn something about the "Naked Shorting" industry. This ground breaking dividend could have far reaching implications. Talk about a can of worms, I mean snakes...
