It's important because Shayne has shown a propensity to play fast and loose with the facts and his business operations.

He's never been forthcoming with any information on anything, so you're left with trusting that what he tells you will happen, will.

This is fundamental stuff! Buzz Inc does not exist. Period.

Shayne can't just say it does and start using the name because he wants to.
