While there may not be enough people, it seems they made off with alot of money from each individual shareholder. Some invested 5-6 figures into this stock. So I hope they do obtain that nobo list and contact those investors with a reimbursement of thier investment.

"Enforcement officials try and stop these things as soon as they have enough of a case to do so. Usually there's a few months lag between when they spot a problem and actually proceed with lawsuit."

Unfortunately this wasn't enough in ECFL/MNTY case if the same group of people are invovled. If they had been stopped earlier each and every wronged ECFL/MNTY shareholder would have been saved...but I do hope enforcement officials read this board and try to correct a wrong by not only obtaining a judgement but also tracking the money to reimburse shareholders.
