Ditto...this company has indeed a shady history, but doesn't 99.9% of those that are in the pinks and bulletin board? We are lucky we get a little more than the required information for an OB in KIWA...personally...four months back, this was a chart play for me, but I read further, as I didn't have all that much at stake with it, I held.
I got in at bottom, unlike many folks here that got burned. That is the name of the game down here, and if one can't take the bitter with the sweet, then one shouldn't be playing this field. You have a better chance in Vegas.
