say .. it's very simple
to me ~ a specific amt
set aside <escrow> for
a specific amt of shares

no gray here ~

knowing nite .. and their
propensity .. for bs ..
to say nothing of their
*known* ability to block
on both the bid and ask with
abandon ~ at this point
i'm favoring the company by
a slim margin

will wait for *confirmation*
