This is worst deal possible. The 8-k clearly states the plaintiffs lawyers fees will be deducted from settlement amount so that means our total will be a lot lower. This has gone on for years and im sure there are millions in lawyer fees.
Plus its says the trustee will deduct administrative fees.

As for auction , im not confident about that either. It looks rigged to me to give someone a sweetheart deal , i doubt they will heavily advertise the sale and auction prices in 2009 have been low.

I guess someone may have to file a separate lawsuit against the trustee for his breach of duties.
