I am looking forward to Go Mosh, Gyspsy and InstructMBA's perspectives on this.

Do we have a number as to how many units we collectively own?

May be we need to get a someone among us to represent and can communicate our thoughts and feelings on this settlement to the judge.

Also, we need to make sure that the auction can't be won by people involved with this case. That would be a sham.
