With every day that we don't get a PR or filing, it just increases the probability that we will get one the next day.

This observation is based on the assumption that there is a 100% probability that we will be getting either a PR or filing (or both?) very soon as promised by management in recent communications.

It's like an approaching Golden Cross - you know it's coming - you just don't know exactly when it will happen, but the probability of the event increases a little bit each day.
