MESA- Chart & possible M&A Play
SEC filings for both MESA and RJET have filed petitions to keep "certain confidential dealings" out future quarterly reports.

Is this a Coincidence?

FACTS:

RJET has plenty of cash on hand and needs aircraft.

MESA aircraft inventory beyond what it can make a soild ROI on and needs debt reduction.

As a consolidated entity they could capture the regional carrier market.

MESA will be delisted in June if it can't get its share price back over $1.

SPECULATION:
Is there a merger/acquisition coming?
