Fred, your post from Barrons is consistent with a number of recent guestimates that INTC and AMD will not hit even restrained targets for the rest of '02.

When TMTA hits their 2Q guidance (or likely exceeds it) and guides for similar percentage grown for 3Q, we might start to look pretty good to the Street.
