I'm not in any way trying to bash here. I'm hoping along with every other shareholder that the O/S is NOT this high. I would just like to offer a few thoughts that might be good for discussion. It's all IMHO....

1. If the figures provided to OTCBB were NOT provided by Glenn, but by an imposter, as some believe, why would it still be posted there? Obviously, Glenn and UC have been informed of the info. If it's not legit, why would it still be up on the website, and on pinksheets now too??? If I were Glenn, and it was false info, I'd get on it first thing in the morning. It's 12:53PM and it's still there!

2. I don't believe Glenn would send in this info using the AS without clarifying that he is using the AS and not the OS. I don't think he'd send the info in to trick the MM's or throw a curvball. I don't think this for a very simple reason: Common shareholders will trade on this info. Some people (not me) may have sold their shares after viewing this info and realizing the OS was this high. If it turns out the OS isn't that high and Glenn was throwing a curvball, he could be in some serious legal S**T, for providing false info to the common shareholders that might induce buying/selling.

3. Concerning the 75 billion shares given by CMKX to purchase a percentage of 500,000 acres...the PR reads as follows:

"CMKM will acquire the interest in the property in exchange for 75 billion shares of restricted Rule 144 stock of CMKM. In order to reduce the dilution to CMKM's shareholders as a result of this transaction, Urban Casavant, CMKM's CEO, has agreed to contribute 40 billion shares owned by himself in exchange for an agreement from CMKM stating that Casavant will be paid only if the acquired property actually yields a profit."

If it is true that the legal max in Nevada is 500billion OS, then could this be an explanation for why UC legally HAD to use his own shares for this purchase? Maybe CMKX OS was so high that 75 billion shares would have put it over the legal limit and thus, UC had to use his 40 billion and only tax the OS by 35 billion. Could this be an explanation of why UC made this move??

4. A lot has been discussed about the potential naked shorting with this stock. I was just wondering what your thoughts on this stock would be if the OS were in fact 483 billion (which we don't know yet). In other words, if the OS were 483 billion, would this stock be trading normally the way it is currently trading, or would the trading still be suspicious (concerning volume and MM's, and price, etc.). If you believe the current trading would be suspicious even at 483 billion OS, I would be happy to hear the reasoning and perhaps get a better understanding of the evidence supporting the naked short theories.

5. Why would Glenn be representing a company with 483 billion OS?????? If the company was a pump and dump scheme, they're not doing a good job with pumping at the moment. Look at the share price! Remember when the price went up to .001? That was because they released a PR stating that they had found diamonds. If this was a pump and dump scheme don't you think they'd find a way to release another PR about diamonds to get the price up? Obviously, their current strategy is doing nothing for the shareprice and doesn't support the pump and dump theory. If this were a worthless company, why hire Glenn? Why not hire some other small time attorney who could just as easily help them to become a reporting company, which, from what I hear, isn't too hard to do. Why Glenn? To pump the shareprice? If so, that's clearly not working! I just don't get it. If the OS is 483 billion, why would Glenn have anything to do? Get them reporting and tell them to R/S. That's about all that can be done with that kind of O/S. So, why a lawyer the caliber of Glenn? Why not some small time, cheap lawyer?

Like I said, I only offer the above points for discussion and they are all IMHO. These are the issues I'm concerned with. I'm not trying to bash and like I said, I hope this whole thing gets resolved and we're all surprised and happy. BTW, melvin will be on Paltalk this afternoon after market close. Hope he brings some good news. Thanks for all the great discussion on this board.
