Go back and look at a long term chart on the stock and note all of the volume traded under 25 cents over the past one year. It was not much. The float here is still only about 14 million shares, give or take a couple of million. The rest of it is restricted. That's why today's small volume of a million shares moved the stock up so violently. If this stock ever had a five million share day, it would likely be north of 10 or 15 cents.

15 cents would only put it at one times sales.
