CY Put down the dagger for a moment. The military goes to Germany sees the progress and obviously by all reports want this to happen. So there is the tech. parked in Germany, what do we do? Nothing and let the rest of the world get their hands on this or do we fund it.
Also the SEC or the Justice Department have no incentive to go after the 20,000 shareholders and two employees just to shut them down and force the technology oversees. THAT'S STUPID!
