I don't know anything about the location in Seattle... but my uncle's law firm has a p.o. box in downtown Chicago just so that they could say they had an address on a particular street in Chicago. But I'm not sure if this is prime location in Seattle or not... maybe they have similar reasonings? Is this a desirable address?
