I would imagine most employees who are disillusioned would not longer be with the company. I don't see why they would still be with the company if they did not respect mangement, unless they saw the huge potential despite management. Personally I doubt that.

As for us, wait to see how this plays out before passing final judgement on upper management and the BOD. Personally I see some high integrity, very bright folks working hard to take advantage of this TCG opportunity they, and they alone, have created.
