How do I "explain" it? How many times have I answered that question for people too lazy to look up the disposition of the case?

The lawsuit was a SLAPP action and it was dismissed by the judge. Subsequently, AZNT/ANTD was successfully sued by the SEC. CEO Mike Sylver now owes the Feds about $2 million. To add to his troubles, Sylver now faces two criminal prosecutions brought by the State of Nevada.

Now can we put this to rest? Or do yet more people want to look foolish?

AZNT was a scam. I helped bust it.
