Ah janice, I stated that CMKX was a pink sheet Company in the post you are replying to.

Are you implying that because CMKX is a pink sheet, non-reporting company that they have an obligation to refute all inaccurate information posted about them and GE or IBM does not have an obligation to do the same because they are not a pink sheet Company?

I do not believe I stated or implied that any Company should have to refute any inaccurate information, I believe YOU made a simular statement tonight in one of YOUR posts on this board that if the information is incorrect that CMKX should issue a PR to refute it.

I simply pointed out that GE or IBM does not put out PR's to refute inaccurate information so why should CMKX. Or are you saying because CMKX is a pink sheet Company that they have an obligation to refute it?

Again you only replied to the parts of my posts that you wanted to and disregarded my questions. At least you are CONSISTANT.
