Why does the number right now have to be over 75 billion??

When the transaction is completed, YES, it will definitely be more than 75 billion. BUT, on a positive note, these shares are restricted for a year. They will NOT be in the float.

You can be assured that they are in friendly hands too as these companies appear to be a web as I stated before.

So, yes, FERF, the answer, after the completed share transfer will be over 75 Billion, but the Actual float can be many times smaller than that.

I will wait to see this unfold.

E & A is the credibility factor. Until then, its entirely a guessing game.
