TD provides Virtra with free marketing in a time where the marketing budget is almost non-exsistant and comes 3rd after the IRS and Dutchess. 99% of the industry doesn't know Virtra exists.

Addressing the debt will attract big investors.
Addressing the need for marketing will attract sales.

Put those together with the recent stock movement on low volume and you can't imagine what rewards could be had here.
