Rocky - you hit the key point "...it will take performance from ACTC..." If (when, we hope) ACTC really performs, it will not matter if trading pink, OTC, NYSE, or NYPD blue. One of these days ACTC needs to wake up a and perform from managerial, entrepreneural, and solid business perspectivesa as well as scientific. So far ACTC has hit on only 2 cylinders (not too swift for outwardly appears to be a high peformance turbo V8).
