The importance of going back to the OTC:BB and being fully compliant is quite simple. It provides current/and potential investors full disclosure of ACTC. It creates the perception of stability which is very important.

What will it do for the stock price? As I said before, we traded for many years on the OTC:BB and had the share price decline from $2.50 to under 2 cents. It will take performance from ACTC. That currently translates into going from preclinical research to filing the IND and hopefully proceeding to human trials. Accomplishments like that will have the results to share price everyone is looking for.
