I just called Ameritrade and asked a few questions about CMKX and I was told that it is not possible for an MM to naked short an stock that is not marginable. He confirmed that CMKX is not a stock that can be traded on margin!

If this is true, wouldn't that mean that the O/S have to be really high to have the kind of volume we have had? The guy at Ameritade said that to naked short this unmarginable stock would not be possible.
