I have eTrade and have had an account

with them for some time now. I hold 33.5 million shares of CMKX as well as position on 4 other stocks. 1 is OTC:BB, the rest from the bigger boards.

I have had no letter like this and when I contacted eTrade to get some background on this matter, they said there must be something other than the CMKX position that is causing this person's problems.

This IS NOT related to CMKX as far as I can tell.
