My "Guess" Impact had some silly PPS like .0000001 and needed to be R/Sed (Is that a word?) to bring it on par with RRLB. it may be bought out but stock is stock and it has to be combined at equal value or RRLB would be too thined out. Looks like RRLB will keep this one as a sub and bought it for cash flow.
