What kind of deal is one "no one will like"? Personally I do not mind a taxable transaction since many of my shares (as well as most here) are held over one year so the tax rate is 15% which is a very fair rate compared to the other tax rates. So that would not make ME unhappy.

So then it may be the "sale price". The worst I would expect would be two bucks. But even with that price I would grin and bear if it was forced upon me. I would vote against that price if it was voted on and I think many others would do the same. Once a formal offer is made @ what ever price, the price will reflect that offer price very closely.

So please, SHOW ME THE OFFER!!!

Now that the Deepwater Pathfinder is scheduled to arrive, when will that be reflected in the shareprice?
