First, let me start this post off by saying it will be completely on topic about TRBY. Nobody here will like what I say, but talking on topic about stocks on the stock board is what it's all about. Cheerleaders should listen too.
Everybody talks about events happening, wonderful looking stock charts, deals with all the biggest computer and sofware companies, etc. as catalysts to drive the stock price of TRBY higher.
Only people buying the stock will drive TRBY higher. As much as people continue to iterate that fundamentals will drive TRBY; they won't. They might cause people to buy the stock but it's not a guarantee. A little explanation;
Obviously fundamentals have no direct correlation with share price, even on Nasdaq and NYSE stocks (remember JNPR @ $240/share). It's always Buying vs Selling. Remember, the PRs sounded great last Spring/ Summer just as they have this year. Also AJW/ NIR Group was aware of the deal they had cut with TRBY while PPS was .008 and IMO took full advantage of the hooplah.
The current situation with TRBY;
-Anyone purchasing the stock after May 28 for the first time is currently underwater. -Those who bought in the .008-.03 range certainly aren't buying in the .07-.08 range, but they will spend all day trying to convince others to buy and hold via the Message boards. -Some people decided to give their cash directly to the company in exchange for .06 shares that they cannot sell until May 3, 2005. Their commitment to get people to buy and hold is obvious. -I would think if another private placement @ .08 would have ocurred, the REGDEX would have been filed by now.
Less than 2 weeks away from seeing where TRBY stands with the 10QSB filing and any SUBSEQUENT EVENTS statements in it.
Good luck. Buy TRBY stock if you think it's great and not by what others think and tell you.
I talk about stocks on stock message boards. No compensation. No fee is worth preying on the gullible or the unaware.
